	Insight On: Cobo Funding Update In a September 14, 2007 Detroit News guest editorial, Wayne County Executive Robert Ficano indicated he wanted to "move forward with accuracy" in addressing the Cobo Hall expansion issue. Oakland County couldn't agree more. And in addition we believe that "openness" should be pursued. This section of the Web site has been established to achieve the desired goals of openness and accuracy.
