Main Street Oakland County (MSOC) Program Services
Needs Assessment - This service determines the technical assistance needs of existing revitalization programs in each Main Street Oakland County community.

Manager Orientation & Main Street 101 - Orientation session for the local program managers and boards representing each of the new MSOC communities. The orientation includes an overview of the "Main Street 4-Point Approach" to downtown revitalization.
Resource Team Visits - An inter-disciplinary team of 4-5 people is assembled to study the downtown, and local program, and make recommendations. Each team is tailored to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each community's downtown.
Technical Visits - On-site assistance designed to provide new information or to solve a particular problem. Tech visits address a specific issue or topic relevant to the downtown program.
Annual Evaluation - Evaluation of the local Main Street program by MSOC and NTMSC staff provides feedback about successes and offers suggestions for improvement and future projects.
