Oakland80 aims to create more economic stability and career opportunities for residents leading to higher wages and a more secure future. An Oakland80 navigator will provide information to help residents achieve and reach their career and educational goals. Connecting residents to scholarships offering free in-district tuition at a Michigan community college to earn an associate degree or Pell-eligible skill certificate and resources to help overcome any barriers to furthering their education such as books, equipment, child care, etc.
