Dog Park Ambassadors serve as onsite resources for park patrons and dog park users, reporting any issues, problems or maintenance concerns to park staff. Contact volunteer@oakgov.com for details.

Dog Park Events

Tails & Trails 5K/1K Race

Run or walk with your dog to raise funds for Do Only Good Animal Rescue and the Oakland County Animal Shelter & Pet Adoption Center during the Tails & Trails 5K/1K Race. The 1K race begins at 10 a.m. with the 5K starting at 10:30 a.m. Dogs must be licensed and on a 6-foot leash. Cost is $30 for the 5K and each participant will receive a T-shirt and medal. Cost is $15 for the 1K and each participant will receive a goodie bag and medal. Prices increase June 1, so register today by scanning the QR code on the Tails & Trails 5K/1K Race Flyer.
