Planners Gathering: Short Term Rentals

Short Term Rentals (STRs) are all the rage in resort communities, but they are also quite prevalent in rural, suburban and urban areas that do not cater to the vacation crowd. Join us to hear how and why two Oakland County communities—Ferndale and Waterford Township—are addressing STRs.
