The Civil War remains a watershed moment in our history - a time when things changed and would never be the same again. Come hear stories of how the War affected people, who at the time, called our parklands home during this month's Fireside Chat, "Those Who Left and Those Left Behind: Civil War Connections to Oakland County Parks." This program is presented by Oakland County Parks and Recreation Historian Carol Bacak-Egbo. There is no need to preregister.
