Services and Resources
Services and resources may include the following.
- Determination of eligibility to receive assistance from the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs
- Assessment of literacy, numeracy, and English-language proficiency, as well as supportive service needs
- Job search assistance
- Career advising
- Workforce and labor market employment information
- Assistance in determining eligibility for financial aid
- Training and education programs
- Information for filing unemployment insurance program claims
- Referrals to other needed programs and services
Resource referrals are available for the following services:

- Child care
- Transportation
- High school diploma/ equivalency
- Public assistance
