During Alex's involvement in the 2018 Whitmer gubernatorial campaign, instrumental contributions were made in driving community outreach, coordinating volunteers, and implementing strategies to elevate voter education and engagement. Through adept leadership and data-driven insights, identifying voter trends, interpreting constituent needs, and effective collaboration across diverse regional offices led to cohesive and impactful campaign strategies, significantly contributing to the campaign's success.

Parallel to their political engagements, significant research was undertaken by Alex during the senior year of their Master's program. This involved a comprehensive study focused on gender-affirmative care under state Medicaid guidelines, highlighting a commitment to advocating for inclusive healthcare policies and supporting marginalized communities for equitable access to essential services.

Armed with a Master of Public Policy from Michigan State University, Alex possesses an acute understanding of policy intricacies and a genuine passion for effecting positive change. Demonstrated dedication to empowering others is evident through roles in training volunteers, fostering community relationships, and spearheading initiatives aimed at empowering individuals in civic processes.
