Kimberly Allen-Bradfield, an experienced and devout Educator, Workforce Development Specialist, Business Services Representative and Career Coach/Advisor, who will delve into her toolbox of resources without hesitation to assist others with achieving their educational, career and life goals.

With more than 20 years of working within academic, non-profit and, and workforce development environments, she has managed grants and teams with targeted efforts towards enhancing the community’s awareness of available academic and community resources that will aid with the achievement of their goals in various arenas. Additionally, as a Community Outreach Coordinator, she has collaborated with various organizations to deliver supportive services to uplift communities whether academically, career wise and to promote healthier lifestyle choices.

Kimberly’s commitment towards sharing knowledge and resources to uplift as well as empower others to achieve their education, career and life goals will continue within her new role as an Oakland 80 Career and Education Navigator.

Her array of skills, knowledge, experience and resources will be an impactful contribution towards the Oakland 80 Career and Education Navigators Team as well as the Oakland 80 goals and objectives. She is excited to be a part of this dynamic team!
