With recent experience as a job developer, training as a customer service professional and his time as a social service provider, Tim Haugh is equipped with the knowledge, skills and abilities to help Oakland County residents in their career journey’s.

The majority of his experience comes from working with people with disabilities, helping them find their strengths and skills that will help them overcome barriers and achieve their job goals.

His career started in Hotel Management working for Omni Hotels, Marriott Hotels, and as General Manager for the Hotel Baronette located in Novi. Moving from a hospitality career he joined Gesher Human Services as an Employment Specialist, Soft Skills Facilitator, and as a Transition Specialist.

He received an associate degree from Macomb Community College and is a Certified Business Solutions Professional. Haugh will be based in Southfield and Royal Oak.
