All school building names, addresses, and telephone numbers are uploaded to the Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR), automatically from the Educational Entity Master System (EEM). To edit existing information, please follow the instruction here. Regarding any questions, email ochd-schools@oakgov.com.

The Local Health Department has the capability of changing the name of a childcare center. Childcare centers that need a name update can email ochd-earlylearning@oakgov.com. Notify the State of Michigan Child Care Licensing System through the Child Care Hub Information Records Portal (CCHIRP) of the name change.

Email the Local Health Department at ochd-schools@oakgov.com and the Educational Entity Master System (EEM) at cepi@michigan.gov to notify of the grade level changes.

If a school or childcare MCIR site needs to be re-enabled, contact the Local Health Department through email with the previous MCIR site name and license number (for childcare centers).
