WRC’s Hardship Assistance Program

Designed for those who don’t qualify for existing water assistance initiatives, the program helps with unpaid bills and plumbing repairs, preventing potential service cutoffs, housing crises, and related hardships. The Hardship Assistance Program is accepting applications soon, and anyone can donate to help their neighbor.
