• A $150 fee shall be assessed to each party for the untimely filing of the Joint Statement on Civil Cases.
• A $500 fee shall be assessed to each party for failure to file a Joint Statement on Civil Cases.
• Failure to appear is sanctionable.

If an agreeable resolution is achieved, you will immediately appear before a judge to place the settlement on the record.

If an agreeable resolution is not achieved, you will be fast-tracked for trial and receive a notice from the Case Management Office.  All cases should be prepared to proceed with trial prior to the Settlement Week.
