You have received your court order indicating the date you are to document your completed conditions. Please call the Probation Department at 248-528-1790 or email 524conditionalsentence@oakgov.com with any questions during business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

All completed conditions should be emailed to 524conditionalsentence@oakgov.com. It is highly recommended you call or email to confirm it has been received. Failure to complete and provide documentation of any of the above conditions by the ordered date will result in the issuance of a Show Cause court date. At that time, if found in Contempt of Court, the court may impose a sentence to include a probation term, jail term or combination of both.
