The Fifty Second, Fourth Division District Court Probation Department is responsible for the supervision of offenders placed on probation at sentencing, conducting of pre-sentence investigation assessments and probation violations when an ordered condition of sentence is not being met. The department utilizes a variety of programming to guide offenders through their probationary period. The probation department also monitors offenders while on bond.
