Motion Call/Court Call

The probate motion/court call is heard on Wednesday. Cases may be set at 8:30 and 10:00am and 2:00pm, depending on the Judge and type of case. Check the Notice of Hearing for your particular matter. The time and date will be listed.

Mental Health Hearings

Mental Health commitment hearings are generally heard on Monday and Thursday mornings. The Probate Judges hear Mental Health commitment petitions on a rotational basis. Check the Notice of Hearing for specific dates and times.
