• Cash, check or money orders (made payable to Oakland County Probate Court).
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted for in-person filing or copies of petitions, applications, objections, certifications, copies, and inventory fees, as well as for payment of copies ordered on-line using Court Explorer.
• Service fees for copies and certifications apply for credit cards only. Visit credit card and fee information.
• Please do not mail cash.
