Fruit and Vegetable Challenge

The American Heart Association recommends eating eight or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day. An average adult consuming 2,000 calories daily should aim for 4.5 cups of fruits and vegetables daily. Join in OakFit's Fruit & Vegetable Challenge for the month of November and track your intake. The goal of this challenge is to reach 25 servings of fruits and vegetables weekly. Submit your pledge form weekly to be entered in the final drawing where 5 winners will be chosen! The pledge form schedule is listed below.
