National Healthy Eating Day
National Healthy Eating Day is on Wednesday, November 2nd. OakFit wants you to join us in the Fruits and Vegetable Challenge by eating 4 servings of fruits or vegetables each day for three weeks. Register for the challenge by filling out the registration form. Once registered, you will receive weekly emails with healthy eating tips and motivational reminders. See the pledge form schedule below for the dates when pledge forms are due in order to be eligible for the prize drawing at the end of the challenge. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE NOVEMBER 2ND IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CHALLENGE.
