Walk For Better Health

OakFit Walks Michigan is a pedometer walking program from June 4th-July 29th that challenges employees to "walk Michigan".

This walking program will challenge teams to walk the equivalent of 1,025 miles around Michigan. Walk in your neighborhood, community, park, or wherever you like and track your steps. Employees form four person teams (teams do not need to be from the same department) and the team captain will submit their weekly totals. (*Please note: employees can only be on one team) Pedometers will be given to the first 350 participants. Team standings will be updated weekly and there will be a special Michigan prize pack awarded to the top team. There will also be a drawing for four other participants to win special Michigan prize packs.
