Examples of ineligible projects:

  • A project that has been installed prior to RainSmart Rebates approval.
  • A project that does not meet the guidelines set by RainSmart Rebates.
  • A project submitted by someone other than the homeowner.
  • A project on commercial or public property.
  • A project that does not receive runoff from an impervious surface, excluding tree planting.
