Service Connections

 Appointments are required for new connection permits and meter pick up.

  • You will be contacted to schedule an appointment to make payment and pick up your meter, once your application is received
  • Available scheduling Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Plan Review

Customers initiating new construction projects must register and create an account or login to our Citizen Self Service Portal to do the following:

  • Submit plans for review
  • View and make payments on plan review permit fees and projects
  • Access permit requirements
  • Search for open permits
