Competency Based Training

Training courses offered to supervisors or employees in a lead role are based on the supervisory competency model and focus on interpersonal, leadership, and managerial/supervisory skills. The supervisory instructor-led training course matrix and the supervisory computer-based training course matrix show how each course maps to each domain and competency.
